Our pole beginner class is perfect for people who completed Pole Intro level or have a little bit of experience in pole. You’ll be guided through foundational moves, including basi c inversions, outside leg hang, inside leg hang, practiced on both spin and static poles. You’ll also learn new techniques, smooth transitions & combos and more varied moves, while developing strength. Our pole classes include a progress card to help you track your achievements along the way. Prerequisite: Pole Intro (see guide) The class lasts 60 minutes. Our classes are kept intentionally intimate so we can offer a more personalized experience.
