Posture Analysis - Private Session This private 1.15 hrs one-to-one session with Tatiana Newton, who is a Posture Correction Expert, and one of the only practitioners of her kind in North East of England identifies exactly what your body is doing, why it is causing you pain, and precisely what needs to change! What Your Session Includes: A detailed conversation about your specific aches, pains, postural habits and lifestyle Analysis of your natural ways of standing, sitting and moving Spinal re-alignment assessment Postural Analysis Hands-on correction, using The Newton Method, and yoga props. Progress photographs to support your session and allow you to review your own changes A clear personalised plan of what needs to change and which habits need to be addressed Practical techniques for sitting, standing and moving that you can apply immediately in everyday life and work For lasting postural change, a minimum of 6 consecutive follow-up sessions is strongly recommended following your initial assessment.
