This is a three day course This course is aimed at going through the various stages of the build process. We will be looking and discussing the requirements to pass each key stage inspection during the construction process. We will aim to cover: An understanding of the common construction related issues which lead to defects and potential claims. Understanding of the main areas of Claims, statistics, common causes and the costs associated with resolving them. Raise awareness of the PG Warranty Technical Manual Standards, how they are interpreted and what is Developer/Builder/Site managers responsibilities in relation to our warranty policy coverage. Current common defects found on site based on our Site reporting and claims history and potentially what will turn into a dispute or a complaint from a home buyer based on our resolution statistics.
