This is a one day course Learners will develop a working knowledge of Premier Guarantees Warranty policy structure, including an examination of the different sections of our policy and cover. Attendees will learn: Develop knowledge of our policy structures. Examine the different sections of our policy and cover. Identify exclusions, both general and specific. Identify some of the definitions within our policy documents. Consider the differences in cover offered in our policies. Evaluate examples of claims. Examine claims procedures and different requirements. Analyse policy cover relating to common areas. Analyse the differences in policy cover relating to new build and converted buildings.
