Dover Sole is the most prized flatfish in British waters, and the plumpest of them come from Brixham, not Dover. Ours are landed by small boats that we trust fish to the standards we require: wild caught, never farmed. Firm, small flaked, mild and sweet. One whole fish is a perfect portion for one, and it eats best a day or two after landing, so it arrives ready to cook. Show more
