The kits include concentrated assay dye, dilution buffer, and pre-diluted BSA standards. Simply dilute the dye using the buffer provided, add your sample (any volume from 1–20 μL is acceptable), then read the concentration using the FluoroVerse™ Fluorometer. The assay is accurate for initial sample concentrations from 25 μg/mL to 5 mg/mL. NovelBeamUSA’s protein dye is more sensitive than traditional protein quantification assays such as BCA, Bradford, and Lowry.
