All customers pay the same rate regardless of country. If a sensor enters a dead zone, the run is stored on the sensor and uploads on its own when the signal returns. Nothing is lost. Chile is the one exception. Mobile service there launches in 2027. Teams training at Portillo, Valle Nevado, or La Parva before then sync the sensor over Bluetooth or USB, the same way offline use works.
