PTL-200 is a Precision Dip Coater for coating samples with a size up to 10"x12" from the liquid solution. The ball screw pulling system and 6"x4" Color PLC controller offer smooth, vibration-free travel in both directions. Pulling rate, immersion rate, dwell time, and cycling time is fully programmable. A polypropylene tank is included to hold the liquid solution. You may order a larger tank as optional to coat larger samples up to 12"x24".
