The cover cap protects the internal implant connection from bristle contact during the decontamination procedure. Confirm the cover cap is fully seated and secure before engaging the R-Brush — loose seating risks displacing the cap into the surgical field or damaging the internal hex. 2 Select the brush diameter to match the implant platform. The Regular (Ø5.6) is appropriate for standard-diameter implants; the Wide (Ø6.6) for wide-platform fixtures.
