Raspberry Mint Martini You will need: 25ml Raspberry & Mint Liqueur 50ml Pusscat Vodka or Zesty Citrus Gin lemon juice mint leaves Have a go: Muddle a few mint leaves with 25ml Raspberry & Mint Liqueur, 50ml Pusscat Vodka or Zesty Citrus Gin and a dash or two of lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until your hand freezes to the side. Strain the drink into a chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries and a spring of mint.
