This raspberry sweet balsamic dressing is a firm favourite with 25% pure crushed Scottish raspberries resulting in an exquisite dressing full of deep, rich fruit flavours. It pairs perfectly with duck or venison, and goes beautifully with soft cheeses. A dash will also give stews added depth & you can even drizzle some over desserts.
