We are fortunate enough to have some of the best soft fruit in the world right on our doorstep, so why not use it? Our raspberries come straight from the farm in the Blairgowrie area, and we simply blend them and remove the seeds, then add 25% pure fruit puree to our Original dressing. Once again, no flavours, flavour enhancers, or anything artificial at all. This is Colin’s favourite with its big, full fruit flavours. The list of foods that work with this flavour is endless, but you must try it with brie, camembert, grilled goats cheese and feta. It’s also superb with rich meats and pates. A wee drop through a stew can add a lovely depth to the taste.
