Dual independent climbing arms and anti-slip steel foot platforms run on a guided rail system, so you drive with your legs and pull with your arms at the same time. Intensity comes from how fast and how hard you climb, which makes it easy to scale from a steady warm-up to all-out intervals. Resistance is mechanical, a digital console shows your session, and the upright design fits on a 126.5 x 92cm footprint. At 237cm tall, check your ceiling height before you order. It is a full commercial machine with a heavy-duty steel frame and commercial-grade internal components, built for daily use in gyms and performance facilities. Does it need power? The digital console needs power. The climbing resistance itself is mechanical, so there is no motor driving the machine. How much space do I need? The machine stands 237cm tall on a 126.5 x 92cm footprint. Allow extra ceiling height so a tall user has clearance at the top of each climb, and leave room around the base to get on and off safely. Is it suitable for beginners?Yes. Intensity is set by your climbing pace and effort, so a beginner can climb at a steady rhythm while an experienced athlete pushes hard intervals on the same machine.
