The Reshape and Balance Program - 1 Month Program To keep progressing on a monthly basis or on a longer time period, simply purchase additional time allotments via the members facility. What is the Reshape and Balance Program? This program is designed to reshape your body to improve athletic performance, or to achieve a particular training or body composition goal. Balancing your muscle gain and strength whilst getting lean, will reset your body composition and refine your athletic physique. Feel stronger with a renewed balanced physique. Who will benefit from the Reshape and Balance Program?: Males and females from the age of 18 years, who are keen to reshape their body composition to achieve a particular performance goal. Gym membership: Gym membership is required for the Reshape and Balance Program. How many days per week should you train: The recommendation for the Reshape and Balance Program is to train at least 4-5 days per week. Each training session is planned for between 60 and 90 minutes. Level of fitness/experience required: Participating in the Reshape and Balance Program will require some level of fitness/experience. This Program will be adjusted to meet your performance and body composition desires/goals. How does the Reshape and Balance Program work? 1. Start by creating an account 2. Select a payment option based on your desired Program duration 3. Receive invitations to download two Apps 4. Complete intake questions relating to fitness/training experience and nutrition 5. Baseline photos required (you will be guided on what is required to monitor your progress) 6. Log your current food-intake for three days via one of the Apps 7. Two specialised coaches will prepare your training and nutrition interventions 8. Training and Nutrition plans pushed out via Apps within 5 days after you’ve signed-up and ready-to-go in both Apps 9. Active monitoring will occur throughout the duration of your participation in the Program 10.
