The Reshape and Balance Program - 2 Month Program To keep progressing on a monthly basis or on a longer time period, simply purchase additional time allotments via the members facility. Purchasing the 2 Month Option offers a 10% discount on the standard monthly price. What is the Reshape and Balance Program? This program is designed to reshape your body to improve athletic performance, or to achieve a particular training or body composition goal. Balancing your muscle gain and strength whilst getting lean, will reset your body composition and refine your athletic physique. Feel stronger with a renewed balanced physique. Who will benefit from the Reshape and Balance Program?: Males and females from the age of 18 years, who are keen to reshape their body composition to achieve a particular performance goal. Gym membership: Gym membership is required for the Reshape and Balance Program. How many days per week should you train: The recommendation for the Reshape and Balance Program is to train at least 4-5 days per week. Each training session is planned for between 60 and 90 minutes. Level of fitness/experience required: Participating in the Reshape and Balance Program will require some level of fitness/experience. This Program will be adjusted to meet your performance and body composition desires/goals. How does the Reshape and Balance Program work? 1. Start by creating an account 2. Select a payment option based on your desired Program duration 3. Receive invitations to download two Apps 4. Complete intake questions relating to fitness/training experience and nutrition 5. Baseline photos required (you will be guided on what is required to monitor your progress) 6. Log your current food-intake for three days via one of the Apps 7. Two specialised coaches will prepare your training and nutrition interventions 8. Training and Nutrition plans pushed out via Apps within 5 days after you’ve signed-up and ready-to-go in both Apps 9. Active monitoring will occur throughout the duration of your participation in the Program 10.
