Wolfe Bros Rhubacello is a vibrant rhubarb liqueur produced in Leeds, Yorkshire, celebrating the region’s finest produce. Crafted using forced rhubarb sourced from fourth-generatio n growers Robert and Paula Tomlinson in the renowned Rhubarb Triangle, the rhubarb is gently sous vide with cane sugar to draw out its delicate, complex flavours before being blended with British winter wheat spirit.
