A celebration of the finest Yorkshire produce. We source forced rhubarb from 4th generation growers, Robert & Paula Tomlinson in the world famous ‘Rhubarb Triangle’. We gently sous vide Tomlinson’s forced Yorkshire rhubarb with cane sugar to extract all the delicate & complex flavours before blending with British winter wheat spirit.
