River Mint (Mentha australis) is a native Australian herb with fresh, aromatic mint-scented foliage that can be used in teas, salads, sauces, drinks and cooking. Growing to around 30–50cm tall with a spreading habit, it is ideal for bush food gardens, herb gardens, native gardens, moist garden beds and pots.
