Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for six months in traditional concrete tanks, it skips heavy oak to protect its bright Mediterranean personality. It pours a luminous ruby-red with youthful violet highlights. The nose opens with a fragrant bouquet of fresh wild blackberries, damson plums, and ripe cherries, grounded by savory notes of Provençal lavender, black pepper, and garrigue. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, remarkably fleshy, and juicy. Supple, smooth tannins match beautifully with crunchy red fruit flavours and a refining, mineral-driven acidity that makes it effortlessly easy to drink.
