The 34mm Rolex watches are making their way up the vintage watch food chain, and rightfully so. For both ladies and gentlemen this is a very cool Rolex watch, and with it’s Oyster bracelet this Date gives off a totally different vibe compared to it’s slightly bigger brother, the Datejust. The matte white, T SWISS T dial on this Rolex Date is fitted with white gold hour-markers, these hour-markers are nice and fat and look like small bricks of gold, very cool! All Tritium dots located right against the hour-markers, and the Tritium inside the white gold hands have a wonderful eggshell colour to them – This sets of nicely against that bright, matte white dial. The original date-wheel features a wonderful serif font with open six and nine numerals, which in turn looks nice in combination with the Roman numerals on the dial, all in all a very balanced and well done design by Rolex. The 78350 Oyster bracelet is in a fair condition but does show some stretch from certain links. More importantly, we checked the entire bracelet, all of the steel links and the steel bars, these are good to go for the next 20 plus years.
