Rump steak is renowned for its flavour, and tastes the nicest when grilled, bbq'd or fryed. James Campbell cooking tips: Heat your pan (preferably non-stick) with a drizzle of vege table oil over a high heat. Pat your rump steak dry, rub with vegetable oil and season both sides with salt.
