Apart from being a delicious drink, Sake is also a wonderful for cooking. At times used for marinations and to clean raw fish, sake can also be used to boil clams, glaze fish, flavor broths, sauces and the possibilities are endless. Once opened, sake can be kept for weeks if not months in your fridge until you use it again. This is why we want to introduce "Sake for Cooking" a great way to use premium quality sakes that have lost their personality but are still very beneficial to your day-to-day cooking. To be clear, these sakes were not made to be used for cooking but have been drinking sakes that have probably lost their appeal to be drunk. Sometimes these sake are still quite drinkable. Note: All sakes are picked at random, depending on what is available.
