Description The 2023 Creekside Sauvignon Blanc is bright and refreshing, with zesty notes of grapefruit, key lime, and a hint of pineapple, complemented by garden-fresh peas and herbs. A cooler growing season with a sunny autumn led to a beautifully balanced wine with vibrant acidity and a lingering finish. Tasting Notes Fresh aromatics of grapefruit, key lime, and peas in the pod with a hint of pineapple. The palate is refreshing and delicate with pleasing citrus (grapefruit and lime) and hint of garden fresh peas and herbs. The finish lingers long after you’ve had a sip. Classic Sauvignon Blanc character! Vinification / Production The 2023 growing season was very moderate and cooler than usual. The fall season brought sun and nice warm temperatures perfect for the final ripening process. Crop density needed to be managed carefully for high quality grapes. While harvest started later than usual, the resulting wine shows great balance and intensity of flavour.
