This sick SMG #65 refresh was completed back in 2014 and now sports a beautiful faux woodgrain guard (a-la Dan Armstrong) wrapped in white binding. Constructed from lucite with a maple "C" profile neck (.825 at the 1st fret and .900 at the 12th) and 1.66" nut width, this stunner features a beautiful rosewood fretboard (12" radius) that is fast, comfy, and amazing to play. All in all this heavyweight champ weighs in at 10.2 lbs and plays like a dream. The single Bare Knuckle Nailbomb humbucker has you covered. From hot, fat blues rock through to aggressive thrash, the Nailbomb explodes with a strong and commanding voice. It can snarl, or it can speak softly. Just roll the volume back a bit too tame the beast. Just a dead simple volume control gives you all the sounds you need outta this bad boy. This is gonna be someone's new #1. I can feel it.
