Having a fridge jam-packed full of your very own ferments is one of the best ways to add flavour and fizz to your meals and cooking at home - and it's easier than you think to get started! In this 2.5 hour hands-on workshop, you will learn everything you need to know to start fermenting veggies at home. You'll learn about the science of lacto-fermentation as you work through three seasonal recipes, and you will leave armed with the knowledge needed to take care of your ferments and troubleshoot if needed at home. Perfect for: absolutely anyone! Suitable for beginner fermenters and those with some prior knowledge who want to learn a bit more about fermenting veggies at home. The perfect date night or fun night out with friends. Booking with a gift voucher If you have been gifted a Workshop E-Gift Voucher (this would have been emailed or given to you with a unique online code), you are able to put this amount towards any upcoming workshop. If you have a physical cardboard gift voucher, you will need to send us an email to book into a workshop as these are not redeemable online.
