It detects cloud-to-ground, intra-cloud, and cloud-to-cloud discharges, estimates the latest strike distance up to 40 km, and reports strike count, relative strike energy, noise count, and disturber count through Modbus registers.With an IP68 enclosure, 5-28 V DC input, low-power operation, and a -40C to +80C operating range, the RS485 Industrial Lightning Detection Sensor is suitable for solar-powered stations, battery-powered sensor nodes, agriculture, industrial facilities, and outdoor safety alert systems.Features 40 km lightning detection for cloud-to-ground, intra-cloud, and cloud-to-cloud discharges.
