After studying for his BFA at the California College of Art, Armstrong studied in Holland, where his exploration into the medium of oil paint influenced his sensitive consideration of light. Inspired by the desire to capture his immediate surroundings, Armstrong’s works are imbued with a delicate vitality, capturing fluttering, passing moments in the life of the city. All our prints are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and rolled for transport. Before framing, make sure to open your package and keep your print stored flat to ensure it remains in perfect condition. Try to place your work in an environment with a normal temperature. Extreme temperatures or humidities can have an adverse effect on your beautiful print, so be sure to keep it protected! We always recommend framing the work behind glass as a great way to keep it safe from any adverse environmental conditions. When framing the work, we always opt for a frame with Art Glass. Art Glass will keep your print in pristine condition, protecting against UV damage over time, and ensuring the longevity of colour in your print.
