It happens, kids, pets, life in general and sometimes things break. Contact us if you have any issues within one year of your purchase date. We will gladly help you with replacement parts free of charge. If your purchase date exceeds one year, we will ask that you pick up the shipping cost of the part but we will replace the part free of charge. Hardware will be replaced one time free of charge. If you find that you need a repeat of the same piece or it is beyond one year, we will provide a replacement but ask that you pay the shipping charge for the item. A small part- hardware, or a piece smaller than 4" wide and 14" long A medium part - kick plate, drawer front, smaller than 10" wide and 36" long Anything over the above is a large part.
