Growing up under his father, ceramic artist Teppei Ono, he continues to create while deeply engaging with nature, digging clay from the mountains and preparing glaze materials from scratch after becoming independent. The vessels born from the certain weight when held and their generous forms harbor a quiet tension beneath their simplicity, giving a strong presence to the space itself beyond daily life.
