Includes one 3" x 3" square of mahogany, which has been ebonized. Mahogany is a reddish-brown hardwood. It has a straight, fine grain, which gives it consistent coloring and makes it very durable. Ebonized: this sample is finished with a black lacquer finish. The contours of the grain come through, but the tone does not. Show more
