Smooth Ambler's Wheated Bourbon is a hotly anticipated release from the West Virginia-based distillers, made with spirit entirely produced at their state-of-the-art craft distiller y. Nose: Toffee apples, Coco Shreddies and Frosties (in the same bowl!), a touch of rolling tobacco. Palate: Dry spice hits the palate first, followed by caster sugar, chocolate croissant and another wave of cigar box richness. Mature but fiery.
