Smooth as Silk is designed to improve hand-eye and foot coordination. When running on the trails or biking downhill terrain it is important to have proper balance and ankle stabili ty. It is also great to have quick enough hands to catch yourself if you do bail. These workouts are best done with a training partner but can also be done by yourself by using a wall for some of drills that require catching a ball.
