Solgar Nettle Leaf Extract Solgar’s Nettle Leaf Extract is a natural food supplement with therapeutic effects on numerous urinary problems. Derivatives of the nettle plant leaf have traditionally been used as a remedy for urinary tract disorders. It is used to this day to treat benign prostatic hypertrophy, a swelling of the prostate. Symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy include reduced urinary flow, being unable to fully empty your bladder or a constant urge to urinate.
