Throwdown HIIT Rower with StairMaster HIIT Console The Throwdown HIIT Rower is a fan-resistance rowing machine built for total-body conditioning, interval training, and high-intensity workouts in both dedicated home gyms and commercial fitness environments. Its isokinetic resistance automatically increases as the user pulls harder, allowing workout intensity to scale naturally without stopping to change resistance settings. The 96-inch-long rower uses aluminum and steel construction, a nickel-plated steel chain, and a 14-inch seat height. With a 350 lb maximum user weight and 82 lb machine weight, it combines substantial training capability with a design that can separate at the center for easier storage. Fan-Based Resistance That Responds to Effort The harder you row, the greater the air resistance. A fan dampening system also lets users adjust workload at a given stroke rate, making the Throwdown HIIT Rower suitable for steady conditioning, short high-output intervals, and structured HIIT circuits. The included StairMaster HIIT Console provides traditional rowing metrics and quick-set programming for interval workouts. Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity support workout data and compatible heart-rate devices. Designed for Home Gyms, Training Studios, and Commercial Facilities The Throwdown HIIT Rower fits a wide range of training environments, including premium home gyms, personal training studios, athletic performance centers, health clubs, and group-training spaces. Its resistance automatically adapts to the user's effort, making it useful for both newer rowers and experienced athletes. Includes free delivery. The Fitness Outlet is an authorized dealer, providing manufacturer warranty support with every purchase.
