StoreWALL accepts returned items within 30 days of the receipt date. The company provides store credit for the full purchase price, deducting a 15% restocking fee. However, items shipped for free or through promotions, such as sale items, kits, packaged deals, and starter sets, are subject to a 50% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. To qualify for store credit, returned items must be in a good, re-sellable condition. Prior to installation, it's recommended to lay out the panels on the floor. All damage claims need to be made through the carrier, and it might take up to 45 days for a freight damage claim to be processed completely.
