StoreWALL accepts returned items within 30 days of the receipt date. The company provides store credit for the full purchase price, deducting a 15% restocking fee. However, items shipped for free or through promotions, such as sale items, kits, packaged deals, and starter sets, are subject to a 50% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
