Brushing UnitsThis machine consists of two independent brushing units; the first unit (steel brush) is for roughing, while the second unit (tynex brush) is for finishing. Brushing with metal bristles roughens the wood zones while the secondary brushing with the tynex brush smooths the transitions and thereby gives the structure a softer, vintage appearance. The degree of structuring can be changed by setting the working depth. Different degrees of finishes may also be obtained by changing out the type of brushes.
