Grape: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, ChardonnayVintage: MVType: Sparkling This complex grower Champagne is a multi-vintage Brut Nature blending pinot meunier, chardonnay, and pinot noir from three soil plots. Winemaker Timothée Stroebel co-ferments harvests spanning different seasons using native wild yeasts inside large oak barrels. The liquid undergoes a complete malolactic conversion and matures for thirty-six months on its fine lees in wood, avoiding filtration or cold stabilization. This low-intervention process focuses on structural integration, allowing the sand, chalk, and clay expressions to voice themselves cleanly. It pours a luminous gold hue, releasing a rich bouquet of yellow orchard fruits, fresh honey, and toasted bread. On the palate, the medium-bodied frame balances an aged complexity with a youthful, bright stream of bubbles. A clean line of natural acidity cuts right through the waxy texture, keeping the fluid mouthfeel thoroughly refreshed. Notes of nuts and a distinct chalky minerality add a savory depth across the tongue.
