United States Army Sub Machine Gun Bar Criteria: The Sub Machine Gun Bar is presented upon completion of the weapons qualification course along with one of the three Army Weapons Q ualifications Badges. Weapons Qualification Badges are issued in three levels (in ascending order): Marksman, Sharpshooter, and Expert.
