Sugrue South Downs Salt Éire is a Chardonnay from Sussex on England’s South Downs. Expect a lean, lemony core – citrus peel, green apple and flint – with nutty, gently oxidative co mplexity and a creamy mid-palate from long barrel fermentation and lees ageing.
