Being close to the equator with numerous interior mountainous regions creates well-suited micro-climates for the cultivation of coffee. Our Sumatra Indonesia coffee is grown near Lake Toba, the largest volcanic lake in the world! The coffee is processed using Giling Basah, a wet grinding method that results in a coffee with a huge body, spicy aroma and hints of tobacco.
