Warranty Coverage Sungold Power offers a warranty period ranging from 1 to 25 years, depending on the specific product. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase by the end consumer. To validate the warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or another acceptable form of documentation. 30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return window on Sungold Power products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions: Return shipping will be covered by Sungold Power for the following reasons: Carrier damage Defective or faulty product Product not as described or advertised Incorrect item shipped Additional product received in error For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Note: Free shipping promotions apply only within the continental United States. Return Conditions To qualify for a return: Items must be unused, unmodified, and undamaged Items must be in original packaging Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery Returns requested after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require special approval.
