Clean, simple, and quietly versatile, this medium birch board works just as well for everyday prep as it does for serving. Use it to slice fresh produce, prepare herbs, or cut bread straight from the oven. Its smooth surface is equally suited for presenting cheese, cured meats, fruit, or small bites at the table. The natural grain of the birch adds warmth and texture, making it a functional piece you’ll feel comfortable leaving out on the counter. Crafted from solid birch, it offers a sturdy yet lightweight feel that’s easy to handle and move from kitchen to dining space. Over time, the wood develops a subtle patina that reflects regular use and care. Wipe clean after use and allow to dry thoroughly. Occasional oiling will help maintain the wood’s appearance and longevity.
