The Tangled Side Table was designed by Carolina Wilcke in 2016 as part of the Tangled series. In addition to this table, this series consists of a coffee table and a display case. Carolina gets the inspiration for these designs from the steelwork in old industrial buildings. By experimenting with steel profiles and constructions, two interlocked volumes were created that together form a whole. That Carolina was trained not only as a designer but also as a goldsmith, is reflected in the refined details and graphic lines of her designs.The slim frame of the Tangled Side Table consists of two volumes of solid square steel, matt black epoxy coated. There are glass trays on three levels in the frame, which can be finished in clear glass or smoked glass. Made in The Netherlands by Spectrum Design.
