This sake is the backbone of the Tatenokawa brewery, whose pursuit of sake excellence means that their focus is on constantly improving quality. The name "Stream" is inspired by th e clarity of a stream that flows at the foot of Mt. Chokai. The Dewasansan rice, which is well-known in the region, is used to produce a mild sake, which emphasises the special characteristics of the sake. Light, fruity, and lively on the palate, with a hint of sweetness and a fresh fragrance reminiscent of young grass, followed by a smooth, clean finish.
