This in-line pump has stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, and shaft to manage fluid compatibility. The hydraulic end uses 1-1/2" flanged connections to facilitate integration into piping systems. A mechanical seal assembly resides within the unit, consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, EPT elastomers, and stainless steel spring and retainer components. This component arrangement isolates the bearing cartridge from system fluid temperatures. The replaceable bearing cartridge contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings to simplify the service process. Standardized components across the pump assembly minimize the requirements for replacement parts during periodic maintenance intervals. The pump operates with a 1/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure using a 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
