If you already own a THOR Shadow SH20 headset microphone and need to connect it to a different wireless transmitter, or if your original adapter gets lost or damaged, this replacement MicroDot adapter is exactly what you need. Rather than purchasing an entirely new microphone, this small adapter screws directly onto the MicroDot connector on the SH20's cable and converts it to the connector type required by your specific wireless bodypack transmitter. The adapter is available in three connector options: TA4F (commonly used with Shure and Line 6 transmitters), 3.5mm (commonly used with Sennheiser EW series transmitters), and LEMO (commonly used with Shure ULXD, Shure Axient and Sennheiser EW-DX systems). This makes it straightforward to match your SH20 microphone to the wireless system your organization already owns, or to switch between systems as your setup evolves. This adapter is designed specifically for use with THOR Shadow SH20 microphones that use a MicroDot-terminated cable. It is not a universal adapter and should not be assumed compatible with other microphone brands or cable systems without verification.Technical Specs Connection Type: MicroDot (input) to TA4F, 3.5mm, or LEMO (output) Compatible Microphone: THOR Shadow SH20 (MicroDot cable version) TA4F version compatible with: Shure and Line 6 wireless transmitters 3.5mm version compatible with: Sennheiser EW series wireless transmitters LEMO version compatible with: Shure ULXD, Axient and Sennheiser EW-DX wireless transmitters Attachment Method: Threaded MicroDot screw connection (clockwise to secure) Warranty: Cables and adapters are covered for 1 year per THOR AV warranty policy Compatibility GuidanceThis adapter is designed to work with the THOR Shadow SH20 headset microphone when configured with a MicroDot cable. The MicroDot end screws onto the cable's connector, and the opposite end plugs into your wireless bodypack transmitter. The TA4F connector is the standard 4-pin mini connector used by Shure wireless systems including the SLXD, ULXD, QLXD, and Axient series, as well as Line 6 wireless products. If you are using a Shure or Line 6 bodypack, the TA4F version is almost certainly what you need, but confirming your specific transmitter model is always the best practice. The 3.5mm version is commonly associated with Sennheiser EW (Evolution Wireless) series bodypacks. The LEMO version is used with Shure ULXD, Axient and Sennheiser EW-DX systems, which use a proprietary locking connector. These variants may be available under different SKUs - contact GearTechs to confirm. If you are not sure which connector type your wireless transmitter uses, check the input port on your bodypack or refer to your transmitter's documentation. Wireless connector types are not always interchangeable, even between products from the same brand across different product generations. Not sure which version or connector you need? Contact GearTechs before ordering and our team will help ensure compatibility with your exact system.Suggested Related Products THOR Shadow SH20 Headset Microphone - The microphone this adapter is designed to support, available in tan, brown, and black THOR Shadow SH20 Replacement MicroDot Cable - If your cable is damaged along with the adapter, replacing the full cable may be the better option THOR Shadow SH20 Replacement Windscreen - A practical accessory to keep on hand alongside spare adapters Shure SLX-D or ULXD Bodypack Transmitter - A common TA4F-compatible wireless transmitter used in churches, schools, and live production Sennheiser EW Series Bodypack Transmitter - A popular 3.5mm-compatible wireless system for presentations and performances THOR Shadow SH20 Replacement Cable (TA4F direct) - An alternative to the adapter approach if you prefer a direct-wired cable to your transmitter
