If you use the THOR Shadow SH20 headset microphone regularly, windscreens are one of those consumables that wear out over time. Foam degrades, foam gets dirty, and foam occasionally gets lost. This 6-pack of official THOR replacement windscreens gives you a ready supply so you are never caught short before a service, presentation, or performance. These windscreens are sized specifically for the SH20's subminiature omnidirectional capsule, which measures 3mm OD by 7mm. That precise fit matters - a windscreen that is too loose can fall off during use, and a generic one that is too tight can muffle the capsule or alter the microphone's frequency response. Using the correct replacement part keeps your SH20 performing the way it was designed to.The foam material helps reduce two of the most common problems in live sound and presentation audio: plosive sounds (the hard bursts of air from letters like P and B) and wind or breath interference when the capsule is positioned close to the mouth. The SH20 is designed to be worn with the capsule near the corner of the mouth, which is right in the path of breath and plosives, making a windscreen a practical necessity rather than an optional extra.Available in tan, brown, and black, these windscreens are designed to match the three color options of the SH20 headset itself. Choosing the matching color helps maintain the low-profile, on-camera appearance that makes the SH20 popular for worship leaders, speakers, livestream hosts, and performers. According to the SH20 user guide, windscreens can be removed and washed periodically in mild soap and water - so having extras on hand means you can rotate clean screens in without any downtime.Technical Specs Compatible Microphone: THOR Shadow SH20 Dual Ear Headset Microphone Capsule Size Compatibility: Sized for 3mm OD x 7mm subminiature capsule housing Quantity: 6 windscreens per pack Available Colors: Tan, Brown, Black Material: Foam Function: Reduces plosives and wind/breath noise at the capsule Washable: Yes - mild soap and water, allow to fully air dry before reattaching Compatibility GuidanceThese windscreens are designed and sized for the THOR Shadow SH20 headset microphone only.
