A lot of character in common with white Burgundy, but the concentration here is uniquely Jura-like. Doughy brioche, some crunchy green apple pulp, pulverised apple skins and a smok y mineral gravel core. From a mix of sites and soils, this is, as the name suggests, a patchwork chardonnay pieced together from across the estate.
