8.75" x 4.95" x .575" 6061 Aluminum Mounting Plate for Tormach microARC 4th Axis. Plate is reversible for +X or -X mounting location. The SMW Subplate is now compatible with either an SMW fixture plate or the Tormach 770/1100 machine table! When used with an SMW fixture plate, the microARC can remain installed on the subplate for quick setup using 1/2" alignment pins. If installing directly on the machine table this plate adapts the microARC 4's mounting spacing to the t-slot spacing of the 1100 or 770 using (3) 1/2" bolts and t-nuts. Depending on configuration, the microARC may not be able to remain installed on the plate when removed. The rotary will need trammed each time if using directly on the machine table. Engravings are present in the subplate to note which features are for t-slot mounting and which are for an SMW fixture plate. Includes fastener hardware: (4) 5/16-18 SHCS for bolting microARC to subplate (4) 1/2-13 low-profile SHCS for bolting subplate to SMW fixture plate OR machine table (3) 5/8" t-nuts for securing to machine table (not necessary if using SMW fixture plate) Subplate is designed to be aligned using user-provided dowel pins OR SMW Diamond Pins in the SMW fixture plate for easy alignment and repeatability.
